High Performance for Individuals & Teams Working Remotely
Even before the COVID 19 pandemic began, working from home was becoming increasingly popular. Then the pandemic hit, and nearly all "non-essential" workers started working from home.

At first, many of us thought that working from home would be a temporary situation – something that we had to do until COVID was under control. But now it seems that working from home is here to stay for the long term. To quote a recent Harvard Business Review article:

“As the pandemic accelerates the adoption of remote work, organizations large and small are realizing that jobs we used to assume had to be done on-site can in fact be done remotely. Many companies, including Twitter and Facebook, are moving to make certain roles permanently remote.”

However, experts say that many companies may not be fully prepared to successfully transition to permanent work from home. To quote Harvard Business Review again, “Most jobs are not optimized for remote work — at least not yet.”

Not surprisingly, a quick internet search will yield plenty of results for how to work from home effectively – from technological solutions to tips on socializing with your co-workers via Zoom happy hours.

While some of these tips can be helpful, what most organizations are lacking is the fundamental communication structures that enable teams to work effectively in a remote environment.

During this 60-minute webinar, Vanto Group Senior Consultant, Ruy Castelan, will cover:
- What is the real difference between working from home and working in the office?
- Being responsible for the real differences and effectively dealing with what is not different
- Practical communication strategies for working effectively with remote teams
- Practices to increase the velocity with which your remote teams produce results
- Questions & answers
